专利说明:

The invention relates to devices for building and repairing a railway track, in particular, to devices for laying and replacing links of a railway track, predominantly turnout links.
A known machine for replacing links of a railway track, mainly turnouts, comprising a bridge-like frame supported by the ends on railway and caterpillar carts, and a device for lifting and stacking said links, including a beam, cable system and hook hooks for links, while the beam is mounted in the lower part of the frame and is located along it [1].
The specified machine can put jq in the way only relatively short links of the railway track, unproductive when laying links turnouts and can not work in cramped conditions. 25
The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the machine and ensure operation in cramped conditions.
To achieve this goal, a machine for replacing railway links, a track containing a bridge frame supported by the ends on railway and caterpillar trucks, and a device for lifting and stacking said links having a beam, a cable block system and hook grips for the links, while the beam is mounted in the lower part of the frame and is located along it, is equipped with additional beams, which are connected through a cable-block system with the specified beam, are mounted with the possibility of rotation around the vertical axis and are located dikulyarno to the longitudinal axis of the machine, wherein the frame is made of three parts, the middle of which is movably mounted relative to the machine drives along the edge portions, the beam is mounted on the middle part
9691 frames with the ability to move across it along the rails, and hook grips for links mounted on additional buckets.
In addition, each tracked 5 trolley is mounted with the possibility of moving in the vertical plane by the drive and turning around the vertical axis by the drive at least [at an angle of 90 ° relative to the longitudinal axis of the machine.
Figure 1 shows a machine for replacing links of a railway track, general view; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1, with a beam offset relative to the pro $ 1 longitudinal axis of the machine, carrying a turnout link; in Fig. 3 the same, without offsetting the specified beam; figure 4 - machine for replacing the links of the railway track, top view; r go in Fig. 5 ~ the same, when moving the machine to another zone.
The machine for replacing the links of the railway track and the links of turnouts contains a bridge-like structure - $ 2, 1, resting on the ends of the railway trolleys 2 and the tracked trolleys 3. The trolleys 2 have their own travel drive 4, one of the trolleys 3 has a travel drive 5 · Frame 1 one of the three parts 6-8 is provided, the middle part 7 of the frame being mounted for movement by drives, in particular hydraulic cylinders 9 along the machine relative to parts 6 and 8. On the part '7 of the frame 1, rails 10 are mounted with which it moving etsya regarding the parts 6 and 8 of the frame 1 along the machine.
When moving the machine from one site to another, all parts of the frame 1 are connected into a rigid unit using locking elements 11, for example axes.
On part 7 of the frame 1 mounted device 12 for lifting and stacking the links of the railway track and turnouts. The device 12 contains a beam 13 mounted on the middle part 7 of the frame 1 in its lower part with the possibility of moving across it along the guides 14. The beam 13 is located along the frame 1. The device 12 also contains additional beams 15, which are connected through a cable system 16, working from the drive 17, with a beam 13 and mounted for rotation around a vertical axis 18.
4
Beams 15 are located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the machine. On the beams 15, hook grips 19 are pivotally mounted for the rails of the links of the railway track and railroad switches.
Figure 2 shows a device 12 for lifting and stacking these links in an offset position relative to the longitudinal axis of the machine. The link held by the hook grips 19 on one side protrudes beyond the dimension (indicated by a dashed line) of the vehicle. This position corresponds to the working position of the machine after receiving the old link 20 of the railroad switch to be replaced, as well as before laying the new link. In addition, the indicated position can be during transportation of the link, when there are masts of the power line or other obstacles next to the path, narrowing the area of work and which can only be circumvented by lateral displacement of the link 20.
Cabins 21 of operators and additional running trolleys 22 are also mounted on the machine, which are connected to parts 6 and 8 of the frame 1 by means of hydraulic cylinders 23. The trolleys 3 have the ability to be height-shifted by the actuators 24 and rotated around the vertical axis 25 by at least an angle 90 ° relative to the longitudinal axis of the machine. Carts 2 have the ability to rotate around the vertical axes 26 (pivots of tele-, jets).
The machine operates as follows.
Dismantling the turnout link. .
The car drives up the driveway using both railway trolleys 2 with raised tracked trolleys 3 and additional running trolleys 22, for example, in the direction of arrow B to the link 20 to be replaced (Fig. 4). Then, the device 12 is brought into the intended receiving position when the longitudinal beam 13, as previously described in the example of FIG. 2, is shifted to the side by means of roller guides 14. After lowering the transverse beams 15 by means of the cable block system 16, the grippers 19 can come into contact with ' rails between two adjacent sleepers. The gripping places of the relay 5 , 969171 6 owls of the link 20'are indicated in figure 4 and schematically.
After that, the link 20 of the switch 12 with the help of the cable block system 16 rises from the level s of the path and by means of the corresponding installation of the longitudinal beam 13 is brought into the transport position, i.e. in a symmetrical position with respect to the axis of the path, as shown by Yu in Fig.3 and 5.
Transportation of the dismantled turnout link.
When should be transported link 20 arrow-water * in the direction of arrow B, the machine first moves in this direction until the rear carriage 3 is no longer above the link-free ballast. Then, the track truck 3 with its mounting drives 24 is lowered in height to a ballast prism free from the link (Fig. 1, dash-dotted image on the right), and the rear part 25 of the frame is raised so that the railway truck 2 moves away from the track. ' The machine travels further in the direction B by means of the front carriage 2 to the laid path 30 and via the rear caterpillar bogie 3 through a prism ballast as long as the additional undercarriage 22, the rear part of the frame will not already laid over the PU 35 ,. The trolley 22 is lowered onto the path by means of a hydraulic cylinder 23, and after raising the rear tracked trolley 3, the machine moves further in the direction of arrow B to 40 until the trolley 2 of the rear frame is in the area above or immediately before the laid path. The rear carriage 2 can now, under certain conditions, be supported by the support due to the corresponding lateral movement of the carriage 22 relative to the end part of the frame, and then the machine moves to the intended place for folding the removed links.
Laying out a new turnout link.
After receiving the turnout link to be stacked in the warehouse, the machine returns to the place of its laying *, and the new link is laid in the same way as for the case of removing the link, but in : reverse time sequence of individual work operations. After the dismantling is completed, the machine can move along the main path of the newly laid turnout link to the next reconstruction site for a siding.
Departure from the installation site along a branch path.
If further moving of the car along the main track is impossible or undesirable for operational or industrial-technical reasons, the machine can also move away from the area of the track-laying location along a branch path. For this purpose · the front tracked truck 3 in the under. in the taken position it rotates 90 0 about the axis 25 (Fig. 5 solid lines on the left, respectively; 1 Fig. 1 - dashed lines on the left). Then the front tracked truck 3 using its drives 24 installation, ki in height is lowered onto the railway track, previously using flooring or other means made passable at an equal level. Due to the further action of the installation drives 24 in height, the front of the frame is raised so that the front carriage 2 moves away from the path. The front track truck 3 then moves with its drive 5 in the direction of arrow B to the branch path (Fig. 5, hatched image). In this case, the frame 1 is rotated around the axis 26 (pivot pin) of the rear carriage 2. Using the drives 24, the height of the front tracked carriage 3 is set to the front end part of the frame then lowered, and the carriage 2 belonging to it is set- =% · It takes a branch path.
The machine can now move along the branch path in the direction of arrow G, provided that the rear bogie 2 is located on a portion of the path associated with the branch path. In the described case of replacing a partial section of a double cross turnout, this condition is not fulfilled. In order to be able to move along the branch path, the rear bogie 2 must also be shifted to the side and mounted on a section of the path connected with the branch path. This happens in a similar way to the described way
9691 due to the lateral rotation of the rear tracked truck 3 (Fig. 5, hatched ’Image to the right). The sharp points of the arrow of the newly laid turnout link must first be brought to the position corresponding to the selected travel path.
Combined use of railway and caterpillar tele- , 0 jets.
The possibility of rotation and the presence of the drive 5 of the caterpillar truck ensure that the machine moves regardless of the path parallel, transverse or at an angle to the longitudinal direction of the path. .
When, for example, there is sufficient lateral freedom of movement at the reconstruction site, at least on the outside of the track, the machine can be moved laterally parallel to the track axis to fold the newly dismantled turnout link near the reconstruction site using both eo tained in the lateral position of crawler tracks 3 · in the same manner may be taken pre-arranged next to the railway track links and podavat- 35 camping in zone rekonstruktsii.Na warehouses for this transformation may For example, cross-paths that are level on access roads for both tracked vehicles 3. 40
The next version of the work consists in the fact that after receiving the link with the help of both tracked carts 3, the machine moves to the adjacent path and, by lowering the frame with 4J using the installation drives 24, is mounted on this adjacent path in height. The old link can then be moved on rails to the intended storage location. In the same, but in reverse order, a new link is brought in and laid down.
The possibility of lateral movement of the machine with the help of mounted rotating caterpillar 55 trolleys 3 can also be used further To ensure that after- | blowing a new link go ahead
8 reconstruction zone so as not to interfere, not to impede the final work · for the installation of the newly laid link.
Moreover, depending on the conditions of repacking, this lateral bypass can be carried out using one or both tracked carts 3 ·
In numerous works on updating the track when laying new turnouts in the area of railway stations due to the rotating structure of separately driven tracked carts 3 there is. the ability to install or remove the car from the path during laying works in the most favorable place of the railway network.

When moving the machine from one work area to another, all parts of frame 1 are connected to a rigid assembly with locking elements 11, for example axles. On part 7 of frame 1, a device 12 is mounted for lifting and stowing the links of a railway track and turnouts. The device 12 comprises a beam 13 mounted on the middle part 7 of the frame 1 in its lower part with the possibility of moving across it along the guides N. The beam 13 is located along the frame 1. The device 12 also contains additional beams 15 which are connected through the cable block system 16, driven by a drive 17, with a beam 13 and mounted rotatably around a vertical one: axis 18. 1A Beams 15 are located perpendicular to the machine’s longitudinal axis. Hooks 19 are hinged on beams 15 for rails of railway tracks and turnouts. FIG. 2 shows a device 12 for lifting and stacking said links in an offset position relative to the longitudinal axis of the machine. The link held by the hook hooks 19 on one side stands for the envelope (indicated by the dash-dotted line of the vehicle. This position corresponds to the working position of the machine after receiving the old switch 20 to be replaced, and also before laying the new link. when transporting a link, when there are power transmission towers or other obstacles next to the path, narrowing the work area and which can be bypassed only with the help of side offset of link 2 0. The operator's cab 21 and additional undercarriage 22, which are connected to parts 6 and 8 of frame 1 by means of hydraulic cylinders 23, are also mounted on the machine. Carts 3 can be shifted in height by drives 2 and rotated around vertical axis 25 at least measure at an angle of 90 ° relative to the longitudinal axis of the machine. Trolleys 2 have the ability to rotate around the vertical axes 2b (pivot tele,;). The machine works as follows. Dismantling the level of the switch. . A car drives up along an approach road using both railway carriages 2 with raised caterpillar carts 3 and additional undercarriages 22, for example, in the direction of arrow B to the link 20 to be replaced (Fig.). The device 12 is then brought to the intended receiving position when the longitudinal beam 13, as previously described with reference to the example of FIG. 2, is displaced to the side by means of roller guides 1. After the transverse beams 15 are lowered by means of a cable block 16, the grippers 19 can come into contact with rails between two adjacent sleepers. The gripping points of the rails of the link 20 are indicated in FIG. and 5 schematically. Thereafter, the link 20 of the turnout switch 12 is lifted from the track level system 16 by means of the cable block system 16 and, by appropriate installation of the longitudinal beam 13, is brought into the transport position, i.e. in a symmetrical position in relation to the axis of the path, as shown in Figs. 3 and 5. Transportation of the dismounted level switch. When the link of the switch 20 of the switch foot in the direction of the arrow B is to be moved, the machines first move in that direction until the rear carriage 3 is already above the linkless ballast prism. Then, the crawler cart 3 is lowered by its height setting drives 2k to the linkless ballas prism (Fig. 1, the dash-dotted image to the right), and the rear part of the frame is raised so that the cart 2 moves away from the track. After that, the car travels further in the direction B with the help of the front trolley 2 on the laid track and with the rear tracked trolley 3 on the ballistic prism until the additional travel trolley 22 of the rear part of the frame is already above the laid path. The cart 22 is lowered onto the track by means of the hydraulic cylinder 23, and after lifting the tracked back trolley 3, the machine moves further in the direction of arrow B until the rear cart frame 2 is in the area above or directly before the laid path. The rear carriage 2 can now, under certain conditions, with the help of support due to the corresponding lateral movement of the carriage 22 relative to the end part of the frame, be installed on the track, and then the car moves to the intended place for the folding of the removed links. Laying a new link of the switch. After receiving the switch unit to be laid in the warehouse, the machine returns to the month of its laying, and the laying of the new link is carried out in the same way as for the case of removing the link, but in 1; reverse the time sequence of the individual working operations. After dismantling is completed, the machine can be moved to the next reconstruction site to the siding by the main path of the newly laid switch unit. Departure from the place of laying on the branch path. If further moving of the machine along the main path is impossible or undesirable due to operational or production-technical reasons, the machine may move away from the zone of the track-laying site also along the branch path. For this purpose, the front tracked trolley 3 in the sub-. In this position, it rotates 90 around the axis 25 (Fig. 5, solid lines to the left, respectively; Fig. 1, dashed lines to the left). Then, the front crawler truck 3 is lowered onto the railroad track by its installation height 2k drives, previously made at an equal level with the help of flooring or other means. By further operating the installation drives 2k in height, the front part of the frame is raised so that the front carriage 2 moves away from the track. The front trackcar 3 is then moved with its actuator 5 in the direction of arrow B to the branch path (Figure 5, hatched image). In this case, the frame 1 is rotated around the axis 2b of the rear cart 2. The front end of the frame is then lowered using the drives for setting the height of the front crawler car 3 and the carriage 2 belonging to it is mounted on a branch path. The machine can now move along the branch path in the direction of arrow G, provided that the rear carriage 2 is on the track portion of the branch path. In the described case of replacing a partial section of double cross-switch, this condition is not fulfilled. In order to be able to move along a branch track, the rear carriage 2 must also be shifted to the side and set to the track section associated with the branch path. This happens in the same manner described for the estimated lateral rotation of the rear track carriage 3 (Fig. 5). shaded image image on the right). The arrows of the newly laid link of the railroad translation must first be brought into the position corresponding to the chosen path of movement. Combined use of railway and tracked carts. The possibility of rotation and the presence of the drive 5 of the tracked trolley ensure that the vehicle moves independently of the path passing parallel, transversely or at an angle to the longitudinal direction of the track, and, in particular, along the gate relative to the longitudinal direction of the path, and thereby the following working operations. When, for example, at the site of reconstruction, at least on the outside of the track, there is sufficient lateral movement, the machine can move sbc parallel to the axis of the track to fold the newly removed link of the switch next to the site of reconstruction. With both transversely mounted tracks carriages 3- In the same way can be taken pre-laid with railway track links and delivered to the reconstruction zone. In warehouses for this may be provided across the track, on an even level, the access roads for both tracked carts 3. The next version of the operation is that the machine, after receiving the link using both tracked carts 3, moves to an adjacent track and by lowering the frame using 2k drive units the height is set on this neighbor it way. The old link can then be moved along the rails to the designated storage location. In the same, but reverse sequence, the supply and laying of a new link is carried out. The possibility of lateral movement of the machine with the help of the installed rotatable tracked trolleys 3 can also be further used by ALA, so that, after folding the new link, to go around the reconstruction zone forward so as not to interfere with and not impede the final installation work on the newly laid link. At the same time, depending on the re-laying conditions, this lateral bypass can be carried out using one or both tracked trolleys 3. In numerous works on updating the track when new turnouts are laid in the area of railway stations due to the rotating design of separately driven tracked trolleys 3 there is. the ability to install or remove a car from the way during the installation work in the most favorable location of the railway network. Claims 1.
